Three situations your team will recognise. For each, what we do and what you receive.
We check the package against the expected register before it goes out: missing documents, revision mismatches, naming off standard. You receive an open-items register with a reference to the document and the owner.
We cross Procore, schedule, tickets and spreadsheets from the sources you define. You receive the report updated without copy and paste, plus a list of exceptions to deal with.
We check parameters, naming and levels, group the clashes by system and location and assign an owner. You receive the report the coordination meeting uses to decide.

From project information to automation: experience in industrial, offshore and mission-critical environments.
OFFSHORE / SINGAPORE
Before, the 30% design-review reports depended on manual extractions from Smart3D and SmartPlant. We took on SmartPlant administration, built the engineering data warehouse and automated alerts and action lists. After, the completeness reports came straight from the database, with open items tracked.
ANONYMISED PROJECTData warehouse delivered in 15 working days, within a five-month, fully remote engagement.
Automated alerts and action lists in Smart3D, and 133 SmartPlant P&ID/SPI items resolved.
